SiamWest Services offers Thai langauge proficiency test in all language Skills (listening, speaking, reading and writing) by Dr. Prawet Jantharat.  SiamWest uses ILR (Interagency Language Roundtable--U.S. government, Chulalongkorn University--Sarindhorn Thai Language Center and ACTFL (American Council on the Teaching of Foreign Languages guidelines as measuring tools for the test.
